Today we visited an accent chair factory located in Foshan, China. They are making over 100 accent chairs with their own workshop. They also have their showroom in the factory, let us take a closer look.

Their Showroom

As we can see, they offer a wide variety of accent chairs, including both popular models and some of their latest designs.

Some chairs are made of sherpa in white color, while others feature brown faux leather. One chair even has a unique mix of milk fabric.

Those black leather chairs are their main model. This particular model comes with a matching stool, and they produce a significant quantity of these.

Workshop

Now, let’s take a look at their workshop. The scale of operations here is quite impressive.

There are numerous steel frames still in the process of being completed.

One worker is currently focused on crafting the legs of a chair.

These are the finished chair steel frames, in excellent condition and looking very sturdy. They include both single-seat and loveseat options. These frames will be sent to another workshop for upholstering.

These are the half-finished chair steel frames, already wrapped in bubble packing for protection. They will be transported to another area for further processing.
